A medium-sized and fast expanding construction company based in Ikeja, Lagos is seeking to hire qualified individuals to fill the following positions:
CARPENTRY SUPERVISOR
Will be responsible for:
Setting-up and running the workshop
Overseeing the making of all required furniture
Monitoring workers to ensure high quality of furniture produced
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS:
Must have at least 15 years of hands-on carpentry experience
Aged between 35-45 years
Must be educated, learned and smart
Must be in-tune with technological development within the furniture industry
PROJECT MANAGER (ENGINEER)
WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Managing work and workers on construction sites
Preparing work schedules
Monitoring projects to ensure quality of work is as specified
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS:
Minimum of HND(Upper Credit) or Bachelors degree(2.2) in Civil Engineering or Building Technology
Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience on large construction projects
Requisite knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Project
Not more than 40 years
Good People Management skills.
HUMAN RESOURCE / ADMIN MANAGER
WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Employee Recruitment and Induction
Employee Performance Management and Training
Employee Relations and welfare matters
Compensation and Benefits Administration
Maintaining Employee files, and HR filing system
Promoting Strategic People Management Policies and Procedures within the company
Carrying-out day-to-day efficient operations of HR administration
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS:
Minimum of HND(Upper Credit) or Bachelors degree(2.2)
30-45 years age bracket
A minimum of 10years experience in HR Admin of which must have been in the construction industry, preferably with an expatriate line
Knowledge of accepted HR practices, procedures and principles, membership of CIPM is a plus
Knowledge of MS suites i.e. Word, Excel etc and use of HR software
Good People Management skills.
